All Brides on a Budget

*Note: Bonus info for Georgia budget brides below!*

Attention bargain hunting brides! We all know that sticking to a budget when it comes to your wedding dress is more than just difficult—it’s nearly impossible. BUT! Here at Flower Child Weddings, we have a few tips that could save you hundreds (and even thousands) on those to-die-for gowns. Being the true hippies that we are, finding the best deals within budget on all things “wedding” is our forte, so LISTEN UP as we give you a rundown of the best wedding dress deals!

Let’s get started…

First out of the gate is J.Crew. “Budget” is not exactly the word that comes to mind when considering a J. Crew purchase. Often forgotten about in the hunt for that perfect dress, their dresses range from around $350 – $2,200. Not only are these relatively inexpensive, but they also go on sale quite frequently. On top of the regular J.Crew sale prices, you could qualify for an additional 15% student/teacher discount, as well. So, not only do you get the sale price of the gown, but ALSO 25-40% off of the sale price. This can take your budget waaaay down—leaving room for all the other flower child decorative pieces in the wedding!

Another new company to jump on the wedding dress bandwagon is Anthropologie with their decently budget line, BHLDN. Now, these dresses are absolutely STUNNING—like, sell-your-soul-for-them stunning. Luckily, that won’t be necessary. These dresses range from around $500-$2,500, with one-of-a-kind lace, hippie, and vintage silhouettes. If you hit them when they’re having a sale, you’ll find that dress prices can go as low as $250 for a full-length gown. You can’t beat this! I REPEAT. You cannot. beat. this price for the quality.
